如何使用PHP压缩整个文件夹

我在stackoveflow上找到了一些关于如何压缩特定文件的代码，但是特定文件夹又如何呢？

Folder/
  index.html
  picture.jpg
  important.txt

在中My Folder，有文件。压缩后My Folder，我还想删除文件夹的全部内容，除了important.txt。

压缩整个文件夹：

    new RecursiveDirectoryIterator($rootPath),
    RecursiveIteratorIterator::LEAVES_ONLY
);

foreach ($files as $name => $file)
{
    // Skip directories (they would be added automatically)
    if (!$file->isDir())
    {
        // Get real and relative path for current file
        $filePath = $file->getRealPath();
        $relativePath = substr($filePath, strlen($rootPath) + 1);

        // Add current file to archive
        $zip->addFile($filePath, $relativePath);

}
