如何在不同的班级中启动和停止计时器?

我想测量从传入HTTP请求开始到应用程序到达特定点的时间。这两个时间点都位于不同的类别中。我将如何从这些不同的类中启动和停止计时器。我没有从MeterRegistry中使用“命名”计时器的方法。

我将如何处理?
