pname=xyz
psurname=abc

创建jsp文件：

<%@ page language="java" import="java.util.*" %> 
<%@ page import = "java.util.ResourceBundle" %>
<% ResourceBundle resource = ResourceBundle.getBundle("test");
  String name=resource.getString("pname");
  String surname=resource.getString("psurname"); %>
