我以为（也许是错误地）在我的应用程序的WEB-INF文件中创建一个目录就足够了，并且我可以通过仅按名称引用它们来访问这些文件：
例如：

但是....
这行不通，我只是得到一个404-尝试访问“静态”目录中包含的资源时找不到文件。我在这里想念什么吗？
